Mindfulness invites you to live the moment and stay present. There are a variety of techniques that you can practice for relaxing your body-mind-spirit. We often imagine that meditating means sitting and/or lying down and trying to clear the mind. Well, there are many other ways to do Mindfulness and I can assure you that those who participate in our circles are always very positively impacted by the activities we carry out because they really work!!

We use Breathing, Tibetan bowls, NA drums, Crystals, Holistic Healing, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

If you breathe in and out deeply and completely for 8 minutes two or three times a day, you will be telling your parasympathetic nervous system that you are well and healthy. Therefore, the fight-or-flight stress hormones (Adrenaline, Norepinephrine, and Cortisol) will be dramatically lowered, and your wellbeing will go up and up!
