I choose life, life of quality and not of quantity. I choose the way in which I should carry out my daily life. Without fear, without being in such a hurry, with the calm of knowing that this is how I should take care of myself, and then, I do my real best in everything I focus on. I take a deep breath in and out with a smile on my face that connects with my whole being.
