Circles of Meditation and Mindfulness

These types of workshops are offered in English, Catalan or Spanish and walk participants through several techniques of Mindfulness & Shamanic Meditation, which blend Dance Movement, silence, guided meditation, Ayurvedic Breathing, Emotional Freedom Techniques with Tapping, and balance chakras with Tibetan bowls and Native American drums.

These techniques allow us to better manage our emotions, thoughts, and reflect on the words we use. In addition, they help us to increase our self-confidence, to have a calmer and more tolerant view of ourselves and others, and to grow more resilient among other awareness-raising issues.

These circles are designed and adapted according to the needs of our participants and their age, as we also organize them for the little ones at Nursery Schools, Primary, Middle School, Higher Education, Higher Vocational Studies, College, among other public and private organizations.

The next Circle / Workshop for adults will be in Montgat (Barcelona area), which will be dedicated to International Women’s Day. It will be inspired by the spiritual strength and drive that women have had throughout history and still have; although they have often been snatched from it.
